Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and bdjl ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of the bdjl website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming and sports betting services available at https://bdjl.today. These T&C apply to all users accessing the platform from Bangladesh, including residents of Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the bdjl platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these T&C in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

To register and use the bdjl platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria without exception.

• 1You must be at least 21 years of age. bdjl strictly enforces this age requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• 2You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable in Bangladesh.
• 3You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on bdjl or any affiliated platform. Self-exclusion is a voluntary commitment and will be honoured.
• 4You must register only one account. Multiple accounts belonging to the same person, household, device, or IP address are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

2. Account Registration and Security

When registering for a bdjl account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The following conditions apply to all accounts.

• 1You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. bdjl will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account.
• 2bdjl reserves the right to carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) verification on any account at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

• 4bdjl reserves the right to close or suspend any account that is found to be in violation of these T&C, without prior notice and without liability to the account holder.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Transactions

bdjl supports a range of payment methods suited to Bangladeshi players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and local bank transfers through institutions such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bdjl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be stated at the point of offer. The following general conditions apply to all promotions.

5. Responsible Gaming

bdjl is deeply committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. We recognise that for the vast majority of our players, gambling is an enjoyable form of entertainment. However, we also acknowledge that for a small minority it can become problematic. We therefore provide the following tools to all registered users, free of charge and without restriction.

Available responsible gaming tools include: personal deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); session time limits; cooling-off periods; temporary account self-exclusion; and permanent self-exclusion. 6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdjl platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to appropriate authorities.

• 1Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to access the platform, place bets, or exploit any game feature or promotion.
• 2Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform odds.
• 3Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with bdjl.
• 4Attempting to access the accounts of other users, conducting unauthorised security testing, or interfering with the normal operation of the platform.
• 5Using funds of illegitimate origin, engaging in any transaction that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, or using the platform for any illegal financial activity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the bdjl platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, audio, video, and the overall design — is the intellectual property of bdjl or its licensed content providers. This content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any bdjl content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdjl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the platform, its services, or any content thereon. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial or financial loss.

bdjl does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

9. Amendments to These Terms

bdjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised T&C constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

It is your responsibility to review these T&C periodically. bdjl recommends checking this page before each gaming session to ensure you are aware of the most current version of these terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which bdjl operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these T&C shall first be referred to bdjl customer support for informal resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through support channels, the dispute shall be escalated through the appropriate formal channels as determined by bdjl. Users in Bangladesh agree that any formal dispute resolution process shall be conducted in English.
